摘 要:
为了研制符合一定标准的橡胶填充油,以N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)为溶剂对润滑油溶剂精制过程中的副产物抽出油进行抽提.主要考察了抽提温度和质量剂油比对橡胶填充油的质量和收率的影响.研究结果表明:当剂油比一定时,随着温度的升高,产品收率上升,芳香烃含量下降;当温度一定时,随着剂油比增大,产品收率先下降后上升,芳香烃含量先上升后下降.综合考虑产品的质量和收率,本实验范围内较适宜的操作条件为:抽提温度60℃,质量剂油比1.0.在此条件下,产品收率为72.04%,芳香烃组分的含量为44.17%,符合某些企业橡胶填充油的使用标准.[著者文摘]

Rubber packing oil refined from extract oil using NMP

Abstract:
In order to fabricate rubber packing oil satisfied with some standards, extract oil, a byproduct during solvent refining of lubricating oil, was refined using N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP). The influence of extracting temperature and solvent-oil ratio on both quality and yield of product was investigated. The results show that at the given solvent-oil ratio, the yield of product increases and the content of aromatic hydrocarbon decreases with increasing extracting temperature. At the given extracting temperature, the yield of product firstly decreases and then increases while the change in the content of aromatic hydrocarbon exhibits an opposite tendence with increasing the solvent-oil ratio. The optimum operation conditions are determined as that the extracting temperature is 60℃ and the solvent-oil ratio is 1.0, where the yield of product is 72.04% and the content of aromatic hydrocarbon is 44.17%. It is obvious that the product can be used as rubber packing oil in some companies.[著者文摘]
