摘 要:
目的 探讨白术的最佳浸润与切制工艺。方法 以水溶性浸出物含量、醇溶性浸出物含量、白术内酯Ⅲ为指标,选择溶刺用量、浸润时间、饮片厚度3个因素,用L9(3^4)正交设计表,采用综合加权评分法,对上述三因素进行炮制工艺的优选。结果 白术的最佳浸润与切制工艺为:加0.6倍量的溶刺,浸润20h,饮片厚度为3mm。结论 为进一步规范白术的浸润与切制工艺提供了参考依据。[著者文摘]

According to the amount of water-soluble extractive,alcohol-soluble extractive and Atractylenolide Ⅲ, orthogonal design is applied to processing. RESULTS The best process is..the thickness of piece is 3mm,the amount of solvent is 0. 6 times and soaking for 20h.
