猪卵母细胞冷冻损伤的研究进展

摘 要:
卵母细胞冷冻保存技术的发展为体外受精、核移植以及转基因动物生产等胚胎工程技术提供了极大的灵活性,同时为家畜保种及珍稀濒危动物的保护提供了新的技术途径.在此,综述了以猪为主的家畜卵母细胞的冷冻保存的原理及冷冻保存对卵母细胞超微结构和发育潜力的影响,以期为猪卵母细胞的冷冻保存研究提供一定的理论参考,从而提高猪卵母细胞冷冻后的成活率和体外受精生产效率.[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The development of oocytes cryopreservation would generate a convenient and valued source of oocytes for such procedures as in vitro fertilization, cloning, transgenic and other releated embryo engineering technology. At the same time, it also provided a technique base for the conservation of super animal breed and endanged wildlife species. embryo. This review mainly deals with the principle of rvation of oocytes was not as effective as that of cryopreservation, effect of cryopreservation on the structure and developmental competence of porcine oocytes. This paper can also provide some advices for IVF and IVM on porcine.[著者文摘]
