中国休闲农业的特点、模式与发展对策

摘 要:
中国休闲农业发展速度很快，正在成为农村社会经济的重要产业之一。建立休闲农业理论体系是休闲农业实践的客观要求。在考察国内一些休闲农业景点的基础上，探析休闲农业发展过程，阐述了休闲农业发展的特点和模式。认为中国休闲农业正在形成自己的特色，探讨了休闲农业的特性及其影响因素。休闲农业的发展经历了从简单到复杂、从自发到开发的发展模式。针对休闲农业的现状和存在问题，从组织管理、技术支持、服务质量、产品设计等角度，建设性地提出实现休闲农业持续发展的对策。[著者文摘]

Agritourism Characteristics, Pattern ＆ Developing Strategy in China

Abstract:
The past ten years have seen the rapid development of agritourism in China, and the agritourism is growing as one of the pole industry in the society and economy of the countryside. It＇s imperative to form the theory system to meet with practices on the agritourism. This paper analyses the history of the agritourism development. Furthermore, some agritourism scenes are being investigated. The agritourism is related with the resident income and consumption increasing, its status is changing constantly, and inherits many characteristics from sightseeing agriculture, endures spontaneity, independence and exploitation stages. In order to accelerating the sustainable development of the agritourism, it＇s necessary to combine the agritourism with the travel agency sale promotion. Tourism associations can play big roles in the recreational agriculture. More products of the agritourism should be made. Service levels should be upgraded. Other measures include utilize modem science and technology, set up criterions and develop ecological agritourism.[著者文摘]
