茶皂素杀线虫活性测定分析

摘 要:
茶皂素(Tea saponin,TS)是由各类茶籽(油茶Thea sinesis或茶Camellia sasauqua)饼粕中提取出来的五环三萜类化合物,具表面活性、生理活性和鱼毒活性以及溶血性等。近10年来,国内有关TS杀虫抑菌活性有较多的研究报道,但未见杀线虫活性方面的报道。植物线虫在生产上的危害逐年加重,化学杀线剂价格昂贵、毒性大、残留大,生产中亟待寻找替代品控制线虫病害。TS是生物副产品,我国每年至少有100万t油茶饼产生,可产生30万t以上的茶皂素。基于如上考虑,作者对TS杀线虫活性进行了初步的测定分析。[第一段]

Bioassay of nematicidal activity of Tea saponin

Abstract:
In order to determine the nematicidal activity of Tea saponin (TS), the oil tea cakes were processed through degreasing , dealcholizing, and extracting with n-butyl alcohol, the crude powder of 84.6% TS was obtained. The TS powder was evaluated against 4 plant nematodes and 1 soil nematode. The results indicated that TS exhibited modest nematicidal activity against the 4 plant nematodes, but exhibited no nematicidal activity against Rhbiditis sp.. The pot experiments showed that infective inhibition of TS against Hrischamanniells oryzae is 71.1%, galls on Trichosanthes kirilowii caused by Meloidogyne incognita was reduced by 88.9% when the bare-root-tip was placed in TS solution for 3 h.[著者文摘]
