通过单因素和正交试验得到了大豆异黄酮糖苷酸法水解为大豆异黄酮苷元的最佳工艺条件为:盐酸乙醇的浓度为3mol/L,水解温度为80℃,水解时间180min,酸法水解率为81.31%。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
By means of orthogonal test,the optimal reaction conditions of the acid hydrolysis of soybean isoflavone glucoside were as follows:concentration of methanol of Hcl alcohol,3 mol/L;temperature,80 ℃;time,120 min.Under the optimal condition,the glycoside hydrolysis by murlatlc acid reached were 80.31%.[著者文摘]
