摘 要:
利用拉剪实验、180°剥离实验及楔子实验等测定2A14铝合金粘接件的结合强度和耐久性,研究铝合金粘接前表面处理过程中不同脱氧处理方式(碱腐蚀(AE),铬硫酸腐蚀(FPL),三酸浸蚀(TAD),硫酸浸蚀(P2)及低压磷酸阳极化(LVPAA))对其粘接性能的影响。结果表明粘接件的初始粘接强度(拉剪强度和180°剥离强度)和湿热耐久性皆受脱氧处理方式的影响,其初始粘接强度由高至低依次为FPL〉LVPAA〉P2或TAD〉AE;其湿热耐久性由高至低依次为AE〉LVPAA〉FPL≈P2〉TAD;其综合粘接性能排序为FPL或LVPAA〉P2〉AE或TAD。由于FPL处理液中含有大量六价铬致癌物,对人体和环境危害很大,经济、环保的LVPAA法和P2法具有良好的应用前景。[著者文摘]

Effects of Deoxidization Processes on Adhesion Properties of Aluminum Alloys

Abstract:
The aluminum alloy samples were anodized in the phosphoric acid solutions and their adhesive properties were studied by the lap-shear test, peel test and wedge test. Prior to phosphoric acid anodizing (PAA), the alloy surfaces were deoxidized by alkali etching (AE), sodium chromic-sulfuric acid etching (FPL), sodium chromic-sulfuric acid-hydrofluoric acid etching (TAD), sulfuric acid etching (P2) or low volts phosphoric acid anodizing (LVPAA). The results showed that the adhesive bonding strength and durability of the alloy were influenced by the different deoxidization processes. Their adhesive bonding strength increased in the order: FPL〉LVPAA〉P2 or TAD〉AE; their durability increased in the order: AE〉LVPAA〉FPL≈P2〉TAD. Their comprehensive adhesive properties increased in the order: FPL or LVPAA〉P2〉AE or TAD. Because FPL solutions contain poisonous chromate, low cost and environment-friendly LVPAA and P2 methods are very promising.[著者文摘]
