燃煤锅炉炉内结渣对炉膛出口温度影响的研究

摘 要:
以山东某发电厂328.5MW锅炉为研究对象,根据其结构参数、运行参数,利用FLUENT数值计算软件对其在BMCR工况下炉膛内布置吹灰器区域不同部位结渣的工况进行数值模拟。根据选定的数学模型和计算方法,经过大量数值计算,得到了该炉炉膛布置吹灰器区域不同壁面温度条件下炉膛出口温度的变化规律,并利用数值模拟所得炉膛出口烟气温度,根据1973年锅炉机组热力计算标准对炉膛出口处布置的高温受热面的左右侧出口处可监测温度参数进行热力计算。结果显示,工质与管壁温度左右侧差值的变化可以比较明显的监测左侧墙与右侧墙的结渣趋势,对于前墙、后墙以及沿高度方向的结渣趋势的监测存在一定的难度。[著者文摘]

Influence of slagging in PC boiler furnace on the temperature of furnace outlet

Abstract:
In this paper, the numerical simulation utilizing Fluent software was carried out on the slagging adhere to the different water wall zones under BMCR operating mode based on the structure parameters and operation parameters of the 328.5 MW boiler of a Power Plant in Shandong. The different gas temperature of furnace outlet was ob- tained from the simulation result. According to the thermodynamic calculation standard promulgated in 1973 and thc outlet gas data, the difference of the right and left parameters of the separated platen and rear platen that can be monitored were calculated. The result shows that the slagging zones of left and right furnace lying sooot blowers can be monitored easily according to the different temperature of the steam and the tube outside computed by the former step. Slagging monitoring on the front wall, the back wall and along the height can be some kind of difficult.[著者文摘]
