摘 要:
结合材料学与微电子学,利用信号的调制与解调技术,设计制作出一种基于非晶材料巨磁阻抗效应的新型高灵敏度磁敏传感器。该传感器尺寸小,为28mm×15mm×4mm;灵敏度高,达到6.5mV/μT;非线性度小于0.78%F.S。文中介绍了非晶丝的特性、传感器的电路设计和实验数据分析。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Combining the material science and microelectronics, using the technology of signal modulation and demodulation, a new kind of high sensitivity magnetic sensor based on the effect of giant magneto-impedance was designed. The sensor features a small size of 28mm×15mm×4mm, high sensitivityof 6.SmV/μT, and non-linearity of less than 0.78% ES. At last, the characteristic of amorphous wire, circuit design of sensor and data analysis of experiment were presented.[著者文摘]
