摘 要:
对茂原轮枝链霉菌(Streptoverticilluim mobaraense)的原生质体制备进行了研究。研究表明在培养基中加入4%的甘氨酸有利于原生质体的释放。茂原轮枝链霉菌孢子悬液在41℃下用2.5mg/mL溶菌酶作用4h的效果最好,原生质体形成率与再生率的乘积可达24%。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The preparations of protoplast of Streptoverticilluim mobaraense were studied. Results showed that 4% glycine containd in culture medium were propitious to release of protolast. The optimal preparation conditions were as follows: enzymatic temperature 41 ℃, lysozyme2.5 mg/mL, enzymatic time 4 h. Under those conditions, the product of the generation rate and regeneration rate reached 24%.[著者文摘]
