真空下低价氟化铝歧化分解提取铝的研究

摘 要:
利用铝的低价氟化物(AIF)在高温下存在,低温下不稳定,容易分解得到金属铝的特性,在一定真空度下,加入还原剂碳从氧化铝中提取铝进行了研究。得到比较优化的实验条件:真空度(残压)100~210Pa、1600~1700K,制得的金属铝珠颗粒较大,此工艺不仅可以用于从含氧化铝原料中提取铝,还可以用于再生铝的回收、高纯铝的制备以及从低品位含铝原料中直接提取金属铝。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Al was extracted from Al2O3 using the characteristic of subfluride of Al is stable at high temperature and will be decomposed at low temperature. The results show that the optimal situation is: the pressure of vacuum kiln is 100-210 Pa, the temperature is 1 600-1 700 K, which is consistent with the result of thermodynamics . The process is suitable for recovery of aluminium or prepairation of high-pure aluminium or extracting aluminium poor bauxite.[著者文摘]
