思茅松松材线虫病症状初步研究

摘 要:
思茅松是松材线虫在自然条件下感病的新寄主植物,对思茅松天然林区症状观察的同时进行了室内人工接种试验观察,结果表明,在思茅松上松材线虫病的症状表现与其他寄主上的有所不同,即松针当年陆续脱落和感病中期还有流脂现象。[著者文摘]

Symptoms of pine wilt disease in Pinus kesiya var. langbianensis caused by Bursaphelenchus xylophilus

Abstract:
Simao pine（Pinus kesiya vat. langbianensis ） was the new host plant of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus under natural conditions. The symptoms of the infested Simao pines were observed and the artificial inoculation test was conducted indoor. The results showed that there were some differences between the symptoms of pine wilt disease in Simao pine and these in other hosts. First, the needles of Simao pines falled the same year they were infested. Second, the infected Simao pines secreted pine resin even in the middle stage of pathogenesis. Those differences were analyzed and discussed.[著者文摘]
