Abstract:
Mechanical force can change structures of cytoskeleton and biological property of extracellular matrix and accordingly affect biology behaviors including proliferation, differentiation, and migration of cells, gene expression, protein synthesis, information transfer and cell apoptosis. This paper gave brief review on effects of mechanical force toward cytoskeleton and acts of cell biology.[著者文摘]
