摘 要:
综述了玉米醇溶蛋白(Zein)的组成、性能以及应用情况,详细介绍了Zein在静电纺丝方面的研究。目前的研究表明:电纺Zein纳米纤维具有优良的生物相溶性、可降解性、降解产物无毒副作用等优点,且原料丰富,生产工艺简单,必将在生物医学领域具有广泛的应用前景。但必须在提高纤维的力学性能,开展生物实验等方面深入研究。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
This paper briefly introduces the structure, properties and application of zein and describes the zein nanofibers produced by electrospinning in detail. Current research shows that the zein nanofibers made by electrospinning will have wide application in the biomedical field based on its benefits, such as good biocompatibility, biodegradability and nontoxic degradation products, abundant in raw materials and simple production process. However methods to improve the mechanical property of zein fibers and its biological experiment should be further studied.[著者文摘]
