磷酸锌空心纳米球固相一步化学合成与表征

摘  要:

以ZnSO4·7H2O和NaaPO4·12H2O为原料,采用室温及近室温(70℃)固相化学反应,一步合成出磷酸锌空心纳米球.利用XRD和TEM等手段表征了其结构和形貌。实验结果表明:反应混合物在相对较高的温度下放置或放置相对较长的时间,均有利于空心球体的均匀化和尺度细化,其中研磨后反应混合物在70℃烘箱中放置8h得到的空心球为单一物相的Zn3(PO4)2·4H2O,直径60-130nm,壁厚5~10nm。[著者文摘]

Abstract:

Zinc phosphate hollow nanospheres were synthesized by one-step solid-state chemical reaction at room temperature and near the room temperature (70 ℃ ), washed in the process of ultrasonic when gnSO4 ·7H2O and Na3PO4·12H2O were chosen as raw materials. Structure and form of the obtained samples were characterized by means of XRD and TEM. The resuks showed that comparatively higher temperature and longer time of placement of the reaction compound were favorable for uniformity and scale imperceptibility of hollow spheres. The hoflow sphere gained from abrasive reaction compound placed in oven at the temperature of 70 ℃ for 8 h was single phase Zn3(PO4)2·4H2O, diameter of the sphere was 60 - 130 nm, thickness of the sphere wall was 5 - 10 nm.[著者文摘]
