酸催化制备生物柴油的研究

摘  要:

采用硫酸作催化剂,利用高酸值油脂与甲醇的酯交换反应,制备生物柴油。为了提高收率,采用了两次酯交换反应;考察了醇油摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应温度等因素对收率的影响。结果表明,当醇与油的摩尔比为1∶10,催化剂用量0.5%,反应时间2.0 h,反应温度150℃,压力0.4~0.6 MPa时,生物柴油的收率可达98%。[著者文摘]

Study of preparation of biodiesel by acid catalysts

Abstract:

Preparation of biodiesel through transesterification reaction of high acid value fatty oil with methanol and H2SO4 as catalysts was studied. Two-step acid-catalyzed transesterification was carried out to convert fatty oil into fatty acid methyl ester as much as possible, the effect of molar ratio of alcohol to oil, amount of catalysts, and reaction time and reaction temperature, etc on the yield were investigated. The results indicated that the yield of fatty acid methyl ester could be achieved 98%, while the molar ratio of methanoL/oil, the amount of catalysts, reaction time, reaction temperature and reaction pressure were 1 : 10,0.5 % ( based on weight of fatty oil) ,2.0 h, 150℃ ,0.4 ~ 0. 6 MPa, respectively.[著者文摘]
