摘 要:
在界定突发性公共危机的定义和分类以及综述各种信息传播理论模式的基础上，结合突发性公共危机信息传播的特点，并参照Defleur的“互动过程模式”和Fiona Duggan及Linda Banwell的危机信息传播模式，提出基于信息流强弱的突发性公共危机信息传播模式。在此基础上分析信息传播过程的时段性特征，并针对所提出的模型和5个阶段的特征对政府如何有效应对突发性公共危机的管理对策进行探讨。[著者文摘]

The Time Period Characteristic of Information Communication Model and It＇s Management Strategies of Paroxysmal Public Crisis

Abstract:
After defining and classifying paroxysmal public crisis and summarizing some representative models on information communication, this paper presents an information communication model of paroxysmal public crisis based on information stream intensity, which combines the features of paroxysmal public crisis, and two reference models-Defleur＇s Mutual Process Model and Fiona Duggan ＆ Linda Banwell＇s Crisis Information Communication Model. On those basis, the paper analyzes the time period characteristic of information communication process and provides some management strategies to governments on how to cope with paroxysmal public crisis according to the proposed model and the time period characteristic of five stages.[著者文摘]
