大气污染梯度下树木附生苔藓植物生理生化指标的变化

摘  要:

以苔藓植物体内污染物含量测度大气污染的程度.研究了南京市6个地点不同大气污染梯度下,两种树木附生苔藓植物密叶绢藓(Entodon compressus)与细叶小羽藓(Haplocladium microphyllum)的一些生理生化指标的变化。结果表明:随着大气污染逐渐加重,两种树木附生苔藓植物重金属与硫元素含量增加,其总叶绿素含量均下降,游离脯氨酸含量和细胞质膜透性呈增加趋势.而两种苔藓的过氧化氢酶活性呈现不同的变化格局。除过氧化氢酶活性外.大气污染对密叶绢藓与细叶小羽藓其他生理生化指标的影响均达到1%的显著水平.并且细叶小羽藓各生理生化指标的变化幅度均大干密叶绢藓.表明细叶小羽藓对大气污染较敏感。[著者文摘]

Physiological and Biochemical Changes in Epiphytic Bryophytes Under Different Air Pollution Levels

Abstract:

As the particular morphology and structure of bryophytes, the contents of pollutants in the bryophytes were taken as the measure of air pollution level. And the change of physiological and biochemical changes in two epiphytic bryophytes Haplocladium microphyllum and Entodon compressus in the six regions in Nanjing were studied. The results showed that with the gradual aggravates of air pollution, heavy metals and S element contents in two epiphytic bryophytes increased, the total chlorophyll contents all decreased. Free proline content and cell membrane permeability all obviously increased, but the catalase activities in the tow bryophytes took different change patterns. And the impact of air pollution to physiological and biochemical changes in two epiphytic bryophytes reached 1% significant level except the the catalase activities. The physiological and biochemical changes in H. microphyllum was in a greater degree than in E. compressus, which showed that H. microphyllum was more sensitive to air pollution.[著者文摘]
