摘 要:
干细胞能够自我增生和进一步分化,具有重建组织及功能的潜质。但是老化的干细胞会发生一些变化:在形态上过早和过多的出现衰老的变化,增生速度逐渐变慢和增殖能力的逐渐减低;分化潜能不同程度的下降,特别是多项分化潜能。用衰老的干细胞进行移植,似需更长的恢复时间,部分的移植效果亦受影响。产生这些变化的原因,既有遗传的背景,同时还有环境的作用。现就国内外关于老龄化机体中成体干细胞的一些研究发现进行回顾和综述,同时对可能的影响作一些推测和展望。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Stem cells are of great therapeutic potential because of their ability to self-renew and differentiate into multiple tissues. But ageing changes in these cells such as morphology abnormalities and loss of proliferative potency and differentiation potential especially multidifferencing potential may finally affect the result of future transplantation and may lead to longer recovery times. Many factors may contribute to these : genetic background, niche microenvironment and others. This article reviews recent relevant articles, and looks to the future of this field of research.[著者文摘]
