摘 要:
以菊粉为原料发酵产燃料乙醇,分剐采用一步法、两步发酵法和同步糖化发酵法进行试验研究。结果表明,在同步糖化发酵条件下,马克思克鲁维酵母与酿酒酵母组合得到的乙醇浓度最高。进行5L发酵罐试验,200g/L菊粉发酵84h,乙醇浓度达到9.84%vol,以总糖计转化率为理论值的86.27%,乙醇得率为0.44g/g。[著者文摘]

Screening of Strains for Inulin Fermentation to Produce Ethanol and Comparison of the Fermentation Methods

Abstract:
Inulin was used as raw materials to produce fuel ethanol by fermentation. One-step fermentation, two-step fermentation, and simultaneous saccharification and fermentation were applied respectively in the experiments, The results suggested that the highest ethanol concentration could be achieved by simultaneous saccharification and fermentation (combination of Kluveromyces marxinus and Saccharomyces cerevisiae). 5 L fermenter test suggested that 200 g/L inulin after 84 h fermentation could achieve 0.44 g/g ethanol yield (ethanol concentration reached 9.84 %vol), and the conversion yield reached 86,27 % of the theoretical value.[著者文摘]
