摘 要:
针对某型发动机机加火焰筒在工作中产生的裂纹、掉块等故障,从结构、材料、氩弧补焊修理工艺等方面进行了分析研究,并进行了冷热疲劳、应力、热拉伸等试验。结果表明,采用焊接修复技术降低了火焰简报废率,提高了火焰筒的可靠性。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
In accordance with some failures of an aeroengine machining liner in operation such as cracks and loss, the analysis and research are completed from structure, materials and argon arc welding repairing process, and the cold and hot fatigue, stress and hot stretch tests are also conducted. The results show that the scrap rate of liner can be reduced and the reliability of liner can be improved using the repairing technique.[著者文摘]
