Abstract:
This paper is an introduction to the manufacturing technology about ESL milk, namely the raw milk quality standard, the processing method, the filling technology, the packaging technology, the product shelf life and so forth. The primary focus is the process method of ESL milk with membrane filtration, centrifuging bacterium and adding CO2. This paper also prospected the development foreground of ESL milk and the likely co-existed problems.[著者文摘]
