以体制不同、地域毗邻的粤港两地政府及高校为研究对象，从政府的政策和科技资金投入等方面比较分析粤港两地政府在高校科技成果转化中的作用，在较深的层次上得出两者之间的相同点和不同点，并由此提出几点政策性建议。[著者文摘]

Comparation between the functions of Guangdong and Hong Kong government in the science and technology transformation in the institutes of higher education

Abstract:
Science and technology transformation in the institutes of higher education is a complicated systems engineering which needs the government＇ s macroscopically guide and policy impulse. Focused on the governments and institutes of higher education of Guangdong and Hongkong which are different in systems and close up in region, this paper tries to compare the functions of Guangdong and Hongkong government in the science and technology transformation in the institutes of higher education from the aspects of government policies and funds provided, and draws the conclusion about the sameness and differences followed by some suggestions on the policy.[著者文摘]
