基于中国创新实践的专利组合理论体系研究

摘 要:
从专利竞争战略的视角，引入尚未引起国内学术界和企业界足够重视的专利组合理念，基于中国企业创新实践发展并完善该理论体系：从理论上探讨“专利组合一研发规则决策一自主创新能力”分析框架；从研究方法和体系上，构建“全面专利组合管理”构架；从管理上研究适合中国企业，并与产业、国家专利战略相结合的专利组合管理策略。该体系旨在提供一套科学合理的战略分析和决策机制，帮助企业有效实施专利R＆D的开发战略和经营策略，全面提高战略性专利技术管理，提升自主创新能力。[著者文摘]

A study on theoretical system of patent portfolio based on innovation practice in China

Abstract:
In the process of building an innovation -oriented country, as intellectual property protection mechanism is not perfect enough, and the enterprise intends to avoid the risk in new technical research and development, our country independent innovation ability is worse than the developed country. From the perspective of competitive strategy in patent, this paper has introduced the patent portfolio idea, and has developed theoretical system of patent portfolio based on innovation practice in china; Analytical framework of ＂Patent portfolio - R＆D policy - independent innovation＂ has been discussed; The model of ＂omni - directional patent combination plan＂ has been constructed; The strategy of patent portfolio suit for Chinese enterprises has been studied, which has been combined with industry and national patent strategy. The system is to provide a scientific and rational mechanism for the strategic analysis and decision -making, and help enterprises to implement patent strategy effectively, and enhance enterprises＇ independent innovation ability.[著者文摘]
