摘 要:
高校教师人力资源价值评估，是深入激发教师工作积极性并充分挖掘教师智力资源的重要手段。本文在回顾已有人力资源价值评估研究的基础上。针对高校教师这一特殊群体，分析了其人力资源价值评估的作用、特殊性和评估要素．并构建了评估高校教师人力资源价值的定性描述模型和定量评价模型。[著者文摘]
