碳酸氢铵沉淀法制备大颗粒稀土氧化物的研究

摘 要:
用碳酸氢铵作沉淀剂制备大颗粒CeO2,研究了晶种和添加剂对CeO2产品的粒度和松装密度的影响,适量加入晶种和添加剂可以促进CeO2颗粒的长大。在特定的工艺条件下,用碳酸氢铵作沉淀剂制备出了体积中心粒径D50为24~30/μm、松装密度为1.9g·cm^-3的大颗粒CeO2产品。该工艺操作简单,设备投资少,易于推广,适合于工业化生产。[著者文摘]

Preparation of Large Particle Rare Earths Oxide by Precipitation with NH4HCO3

Abstract:
The large particulate CeO2 was prepared using NH4HCO3 as precipitation agent. The effect of inoculating crystal and additive on particle size and bulk density of CeO2 was studied. Under certain condition, volume center diameter D50 = 24 - 30 μm, bulk density 1.9 g·cm^-3 of CeO2 were obtained.
