摘 要:
为能更好地培养利用盐藻,向培养基中添加不同组分的陈化介质进行对比试验。试验结果表明,陈化的原介质和煮介质,不仅均极显著抑制盐藻细胞的生长增殖,而且均极显著抑制盐藻细胞叶绿素和β-胡萝卜素的形成,而原介质和煮介质相比,他们的作用差异性不显著。陈化的蛋介质对盐藻细胞的生长增殖、叶绿素和β-胡萝卜素的形成无显著作用,而对盐藻细胞蛋白质积累有显著促进作用,可能是蛋介质中的蛋白质起了营养物质的作用。陈化介质中失去平衡的矿质营养元素和盐藻细胞的其他代谢产物等可能是抑制盐藻细胞生长与物质积累的主要原因。[著者文摘]

Effects of Aging Medium on Multiplication and Material Accumulation of Dunaliella salina

Abstract:
Experiment was carried out with the purpose of comparison of different aging medium that was added to Dunaliella salina medium. Results showed that, original medium( no treatment aging medium) and boiled medium (aging medium boiled and protein centrifuged) restrained Dunaliella salina cell obviously from multiplication, synthesizing chlorophyll and β-carotene, the effect of original medium and boiled medium did not differentiate obviously. Aging medium adding protein from boiled medium did not have obvious function on cell multiplication, synthesis of chlorophyll and β-carotene, but advanced protein accumulation ofDunaliella salina. The protein added might be nutritive function. It was presumed that major reasons for restraining Dunaliella salina ceil from multi- plication and material accumulation could be mineral element lost one's balance and other metabolite of Dunaliella salina cell.[著者文摘]
