摘 要:
针对变截面弹簧汽车悬架系统,建立了两自由度系统模型的非线性运动微分方程,采用平均法导出了系统的幅频响应特性,分析了非线性弹簧刚度、阻尼系数、激励振幅和非线性参数变化对车身共振曲线的影响,并对车身的周期振动进行了稳定性分析,得出了稳定性条件。所得结果可为悬架系统的优化设计和最优控制提供理论依据。[著者文摘]

Dynamic Characteristics and Motion Stability Analysis of Vehicle Suspension with Nonlinear Spring

Abstract:
The nonlinear dynamic equations for a two degrees-of-freedom vehicle suspension system with nonlinear spring were established. The amplitude-frequency response function was derived by means of averaging method. The amplitude-frequency response curve obtained in theoretical analysis is in fair agreement with the one obtained in numerical analysis. The effects of nonlinear spring stiffness, damping coefficient, roughness of ground and nonlinear parameter on resonant vibration curves of bodywork were further discussed. Furthermore, the stability of vibration of bodywork was analyzed based on stability theory and stability condition was obtained. The results may supply theoretical basis for optimal design and rational control of automotive suspension system.[著者文摘]
