植物酚类PF树脂胶的研究现状及发展趋势

摘 要:
利用植物酚类化合物代替苯酚制备酚醛树脂胶黏剂,可扩大酚类原料来源,降低生产成本,并促进资源的可持续利用。通过对木素胶黏剂、单宁胶黏剂、木材液化产物胶黏剂和木材热解油胶黏剂的研究进展和现状进行系统归纳,指出目前植物酚类化合物胶黏剂存在的问题,并对其发展做出了预测。[著者文摘]

Plant-based Phenolic Compounds as Raw Materials for Replacing Petroleum Phenol in the Formulation of Resol

Abstract:
The utilization of plant-based phenolic compounds enlarges the sources of raw materials, reduces cost, and promotes implementation of sustainable development. This paper reviews the research on adhesives derived from lignin, tannin, wood liquefaction, and oil pyrolysis. In order to obtain wider application of these adhesives, it also indicates that it should be necessary to further explore the mechanism of these adhesives, strengthen the modification studies, further lessen the cost, and continue to expand the sources of new raw materials.[著者文摘]
