摘 要:
用Patran、Nastran软件建立并计算了振动筛下横梁的有限元模型,讨论了网格划分的数量不同对计算结果的影响,不同形状的网格在不同位置对计算结果的影响;还计算了不同位置、不同深度的裂纹对下横梁模态参数的影响。结果表明裂纹对固有频率有明显影响,但对模态振型影响不大。[著者文摘]

Finite Element Analysis of the Lower Crossbeam Structure of Vibration Screen

Abstract:
With MSC Corporation's Patran and Nastran software,the paper establishes and calculates the finite element model of the lower crossbeam of vibration screen. During the process of calculation, it discusses following issues: the effect of different grid quantity on the computing result ;the influence of different grid shape in different location on the computing result. It also calculates the influence of the location and depth of crack on the natural frequency of lower crossbeam. The result indicates that the crack has the obvious influence on the natural frequency,but has not the obvious influence on the vibration mode.[著者文摘]
