首先介绍了系统的方案，该方案采用G．729A标准和H．263标准分别对音频和视频数据进行压缩，并通过UDP协议对数据包进行网络传输。其次对系统的组成和工作流程做了简单概述，最后对语音传输系统中常见的问题，提出了相应的解决办法。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
At first, the design scheme of the system is introduced in this article. The audio data is compressed with G. 729A standard and the video data is compressed with H, 263 standard in this design, The data is transmitted by UDP protocol. Secondly, the constitution and the working flow of the system are summarized simply.
