EVOH/CNTS无纺布薄膜的制备及其结构表征

摘 要:
采用高压静电纺丝技术,以N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)/异丙醇为混合溶剂,制备了聚乙烯-乙烯醇(EVOH)/碳纳米管(CNTS)无纺布膜.通过扫描电子显微镜及X射线衍射对其微观形貌及结晶行为进行了表征.结果表明,聚乙烯-乙烯醇/碳纳米管无纺布膜纤维的直径主要分布在80~200nm之间,纤维较细且分布较窄;电纺工艺以及碳纳米管的掺入均没有破坏聚乙烯-乙烯醇的结晶性。[著者文摘]

Preparation and Characterization of EVOH/CNTS Non- wovens

Abstract:
Poly ( ethylene - co - vinyl alcohol)/carbon nano - tubes (EVOH/CNTS) non - woven membranes are prepared by electrospinning technology with the solvent of N, N - dimethyl acetamide and isopropanel. The morphology of electrospun EVOIL/CNTS membranes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the crystallinity of electrospun EVOH/CNTS membranes were characterized by X- ray diffraction (XRD). Results show that the fiber diameter in EVOH/CNTS non -woven membranes varied between 80 -200nm and the fiber diameter distribution was narrow. In addition, the crystallinity of EVOH/CNTS non - woven membranes is developed in case of casting membranes.[著者文摘]
