摘 要:
为了解梯度结构对功能梯度材料断裂性能的影响,利用相干梯度敏感(CGS)干涉测量技术对功能梯度材料的静态断裂力学性能进行了实验研究。首先研究了有机玻璃材料(PMMA)的光降解性能;在此基础上,通过控制试件各部分的受照射时间制备了材料性能连续变化的梯度材料。最后,通过CGS方法对3种不同材料试件的断裂性能进行了研究。结果表明,当裂纹位于功能梯度材料弹性模量较小的一边时,相同受力条件下试件裂纹尖端的应力强度因子较小。[著者文摘]

Experimental investigation of the quasi-static fracture behavior of functionally graded materials

Abstract:
The quasi-static fracture behavior of functionally graded materials (FGMs) was studied using coherent gradient sensing (CGS) interference measurements, The photodegradation properties of ploymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) under ultraviolet irradiation were first studied through a series of tension tests, Specimens with continually varying mechanical properties were then fabricated by controlling the exposure times of the different parts, The fracture behaviors of three specimens with different gradients were then studied using the CGS method, The results show that specimens with cracks at the side with low Young's Modulii have smaller stress intensity factors for the same loading conditions.[著者文摘]
