TMR对延边黄牛肉中氨基酸和脂肪酸含量的影响

摘要:选取12头体重相近(274.8±11.18kg),16月龄左右的延边黄牛(公牛),随机分成2组,每组6头,分别饲喂全价混合饲料(TMR)和粗精分离饲料(对照组).结果表明,饲养92d后,牛肉中酪氨酸含量TMR组显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),其它各种氨基酸含量2组间无显著差异(P〉0.05);牛肉中棕榈酸、棕榈油酸的含量TMR组均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),其它各种脂肪酸含量2组间差异不显著(P〉0.05).[著者文摘]

Abstract:
12 bulls with the same weight and 16 months age of Yanbian Yellow Cattle were divided into two groups randomly, one group was fed TMR, the other group was CK. The results showed: after 92 days feeding experiment, the content of tyrosine in the beef of the group TMR was higher than the CK(P〈0.05) ; content of other amino acids of the two groups was similar. The palmitic acid and palmitoleic acid of the group TMR were significantly higher (P〈 0.05), but the content of other fatty acids of the two groups had no differences (P〉0.05).[著者文摘]
