灰关联聚类方法在定点医院基本医疗保险业务综合评价中的应用

摘 要:
目的用灰关联聚类法对定点医院基本医疗保险业务进行综合评价,同时探讨这种评价方法在此应用上的特点及效果。方法利用Delphi法建立的评价指标体系,通过参与2003年四川省市医保中心联合开展的定点医院医疗保险业务现场考核获取成都市14所三甲医院的原始数据,并用灰关联聚类方法进行分析。结果编号为H2,H4,H1医院的医疗保险业务质量为优;编号为H12医院的医疗保险业务质量为良;其余10家医院的医疗保险业务质量为差。结论灰关联聚类分析适用于该指标体系的数据特点,且综合评价效果较好。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Objective The purpOses of this paper are to assess the management quality of basic medical insurance of designated hospitals by using the grey relational cluster method and to explore the characteristics of the method on this issue. Methods The study that was organized by the centers of medical insures Sichuan Province in 2003 was done in 14 the first class of Third Level of hospitals from Chengdu, China, with the index system that was form by Delphi. Results the quality of medical insures of the hospitals that Number is H2, H4, H1 are belong to the good, the quality of medical insures of the hospitals that Number is H12 is belong to the general, the other hospitals are belong to bad. Conclusion grey correlation clustering analysis is applicable to initial data of the index system, and quality of comprehensive evaluation with this method is good.[著者文摘]
