摘 要:
针对黄河下游堤防情况，采用单一性指标评价堤防的安全程度，并运用事故树分析原理，考虑影响堤防安全的各种基本事件之间的逻辑关系，综合统计堤防溃决的概率及堤防安全保证率.对两种评价指标进行了分析比较.[著者文摘]

The Analysis of the Methodology for Safety Assessment of the Dikes Along the Yellow River Lower Reaches

Abstract:
According to the condition of the dikes along the Yellow River lower reaches, the paper adopts the unitary index to assess the dikes＇ safety, using the principles of accident tree analysis. Taking into consideration of the logical relations among all kinds of conditions that affect the dikes＇ safety. It gives a comprehensive statistics of the probability of dike break and the guarantee rate of dike safety, and analyzes and comparing the two kinds of assessment index.[著者文摘]
