摘 要:
目的探索外科围手术期预防应用抗生素的管理措施和效果。方法设计合理预防应用抗生素评价表,对采取管理措施前后的抗生素预防性应用情况进行调查和比较。结果采取管理措施后,外科抗生素预防性应用的合理使用率由3.6%提高到50%（P〈0.01）。结论综合医院发挥多科室协作和管理优势,成立抗菌药物临床应用监控组织,对于提高抗生素的管理水平,有一定帮助。[著者文摘]

Management measures for rational use of antibiotics in prevention of surgical infection in preoperative patients

Abstract:
Objective To explore measures for rational use of antibiotics in preventing surgical infection in preoperative patients. Methods The evaluation form of rational use of antibiotics was designed. Clinical use of antibiotics in preoperative patients were investigated and compared before and after taking management measures. Results After management measures were applied, rational use rate increased from 3.6 % to 50 % （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Multi-department cooperation and a professional team for monitoring use of antibiotics are advantageous to improve the rational use of antibiotics for the prevention of surgical infection in preoperative patients.[著者文摘]
