延安市近年来治理大气污染的效果分析

摘  要:

以1993-2003年的大气环境监测数据为依据,分析了延安市市区近年来大气中主要污染物二氧化硫SO2、氮氧化物NOX、总悬浮颗粒物(TSP)的变化特征。并将其变化特征与治理大气污染所采取的主要措施相结合,研究了影响市区大气环境质量的一些主要因素。结果表明:延安市的煤烟型污染已得到了有效控制,但尘埃污染依然比较严重,同时汽车尾气污染也日趋明显。在此基础上,提出了进一步改善延安市大气环境质量的建议与对策。[著者文摘]

Analysis on Air Pollution Control in Yan'an City since Recent Years

Abstract:

In this paper, the change of the main air pollutants ( SO2, NOx and TSP) over the urban area of Yan' an City in recent years is lucubrated based on the monitoring data of air environment during the period from 1993 to 2003, and the main factors affecting air quality are analyzed based on considering the change of SO2, NOx and TSP in air and the air pollution control measures in the study area. The results are as follows: ( 1 ) The air pollution caused by coal smog over the urban area of Yan'an City has been effectively controlled, but the dust-caused air pollution is still serious, especially in spring; (2) The air pollution caused by tail gas becomes more and more serious, because some main highways pass through the city except the peculiar local topographical, morphological and climatic conditions in the study area. On which some measures are suggested for controlling air pollution and improving the atmospheric environmental quality over the urban area of Yan'an City, they are to expedite the ecological regeneration and actively implement the project of returning land for farming to forestry and grass planting so as to reduce the vegetation-uncovered area and dust sources, improve the fragile entironment, expedite the afforestation and decrease the TSP in air over the urban area of Yan'an City.[著者文摘]
