纳米羟基磷灰石复合胶原/聚乳酸材料复合兔骨髓基质细胞异位成骨的实验研究

摘 要:
目的:观察nHAC/PLA复合兔BMSCs的异位成骨能力.方法:通过负压吸附使BMSCs与nHAC/PLA材料复合,将nHAC/PLA+自体BMSCs、自体BMSCs、nHAC/PLA材料分别植入新西兰兔背部肌袋内,术后4、8周通过大体、组织学观察来研究其异位成骨能力.结果:自体BMSCs组与nHAC/PLA材料组在新西兰兔背部肌袋内均无骨质形成,nHAC/PLA+自体BMSCs组8周时有大量较成熟的骨质形成,同时材料本身部分吸收.结论:通过负压吸附的方法制备出的nHAC/PLA+自体BMSCs具有良好的异位成骨能力.[著者文摘]

Ectopic bone Formation of Nano - hydroxyapatite/collagen/PLA Material Compound with Rabbit BMSCs.

Abstract:
Objective: To observe the ability of ectopic bone formation of nHAC/PLA compound with rabbit BMSCs. Methods : The combination of BMSCs and nHAC/PLA in vitro was made through negative pressure adsorbing, nHAC/PLA + autoallergic BMSCs and autoallergic BMSCs, nHAC/PLA material were implanted into musclar pouch of New - Zealand rabbit back, respectively. After four weeks and eight weeks, the ability of ectopic bone formation was tested through gross histology observation. Results: Neither autoallergic BMSCs nor nHAC/PLA material was sclerotized in the musclar pouch of New - Zealand rabbit back. The nHAC/PLA + autoallergic BMSCs was maturely sclerotized in large amount after 8 weeks. The material was partly absorbed. Conclusion: The nHAC/PLA + autoallergic BMSCs produced by negative pressure adsorbing has a good ability of ectopic bone formation.[著者文摘]
