以3,4-二甲氧基苯甲醛为原料,微波辐射下与丙二酸发生Knoevenagel反应后,在TMSCI/NaI/CH3CN体系中脱甲基合成了标题化合物。探讨了影响产率的因素并对终产物进行了结构表征,总收率为90%。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
( E )-3-(3,4-Dihydroxyphenyl) acrylic acid was prepared from 3,4-dimethoxybenzaldehyde via the Knoevenagel reaction and demethylation. The first step was activated by microwave radiation and the second step reacted in the system of TMSCI/NaI/CH3CN. The optimum conditions of the two steps were studied. The structural characterization of the final product was investigated by IR spectrum,1HNMR and elemental analysis. The overall yield was 90 % .[著者文摘]
