Click chemistry and its applications in drug research

Abstract:
In this review, the background and basic concepts of click chemistry are introduced, and also the specific features of click chemistry and some classic examples of click chemistry are presented. As a new type of synthetic method, click chemistry has been used in synthesizing lead discovery libraries, profiling protein in vivo and labeling DNA and so on. At last, the possible future of click chemistry is reviewed.[著者文摘]
