电子期刊是当今高科技发展的产物，具有发行周期短、内容更新快、检索功能强等特点。先后经历了软盘型、光盘型、联机型、网络型等4个阶段。本文讨论了我国电子期刊的现状及问题，并针对问题提出了几点建设性意见。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
As a product of advanced science and technology, electronic journal is characterized by short publishing cycle, fast content updating and powerful retrieval function. Electronic journals have experienced the following four phases： floppy disk, Compact Disc, Online and Internet electronic journals.
