摘 要:
从羊毛的微观结构、纤维和纱线的蠕变与松驰等几个方面,结合多年来的生产实践对羊绒衫表面鸡爪花进行了分析和研究,找到了鸡爪花产生的原因。分析可得:羊绒散纤维染色后纺制的精纺羊绒衫鸡爪花最少,白纱织造的羊绒衫次之,筒染或绞纱染色精纺羊绒衫鸡爪花最严重,白纱蒸纱后比不蒸纱织造的羊绒衫鸡爪花严重。同时也提出了解决鸡爪花问题的方法。[著者文摘]

Analysis of the chicken footprint wrinkle of the worsted cashmere sweater

Abstract:
From the wool microscopic structure, the textile fiber and the slow change of yam, united with the production practice, it analysed the chicken footprint of cash mere sweater.The conclusion is that the chicken footprint of the worsted cashmere sweater weaved with dyed fiber is the least, the chicken footprint of sweater with white yam is less, the chicken footprint of sweater with the bobbin dyeing or the skein dyeing is the most serious, the chicken footprint of sweater with the white yarn steaming is more serious than with white yam. At the same time, it proposed some methods to solve this question.[著者文摘]
