摘 要:
采用电磁振动雾化-速凝方法制备了金属镁粉,熔融金属镁经过带有水冷的电磁振动板雾化后,速凝成粉.考察了坩埚喷嘴喷射压力、转盘转速、电磁振动雾化频率、激振力等参数对制备镁粉的影响,得到了优化制备条件,获得了粒度≤0.5mm近似球形的镁粉.[著者文摘]

Production of Magnesium Powder with a Method of Electromagnetic Vibration Atomizing and Quenching

Abstract:
Magnesium powder was prepared by the method of electromagnetic vibration atomizing and quenching. The molten magnesium was atomized and quenched into the metal powder by the water-cooled plate of the electromagnetic vibration was studied. The grain sizes of Mg powder obtained in the range ≤0.5 mm with a round shape. The influential factors of Mg powder formation such as jetting pressure of the spray nozzle at the crucible bottom, the speed of the rotation dish, the vibration atomizing electromagnetic frequency and power were investigated, and optimized conditions obtained. SEM image shows that Mg particles are in a nearly round shape.[著者文摘]
