摘 要:
为探讨发菜(Nostoc flagelliforme)生长增殖所需的适宜条件,研究了培养基类型、pH值、温度、光周期、光照强度和激素等对发菜细胞生长增殖的影响.结果表明,发菜细胞在BG11培养基中的增殖情况好于在BG110,MS,土壤浸提液(SEL)和自制培养基(ZZ)中的增殖情况.在BG11培养基中,当pH值为7.5,温度为25℃,光周期为12 h光照12 h黑暗,光照强度为2 000 lx时,发菜细胞增殖明显.此外,分别附加2.0 mg/L NAA,1.0 mg/L 6-BA和2.0 mg/L 2,4-D对发菜细胞增殖有一定的促进作用.[著者文摘]

Influence of Tapes of Medium,Environmental Factors and Hormone on the Multiplication of Nostoc flagelliforme Cell

Abstract:
In order to discuss the optimal conditions of Nostoc flagelliforme multiplication,the effect of types of medium,pH,temperature,light period,light intensity and hormone on growth and multiplication of Nostoc flagelliforme cells were investigated.The results showed that growth and multiplication rates of cells were better in BG11 than that in other mediums.The multiplication rates at 25 ℃,pH=7.5,2 000 lx,12 hour light 12 hour dark were the most rapid than that in other conditions in medium BG11,besides,it could promote multiplication of cells obviously when separately added 2.0 mg/L NAA,1.0 mg/L 6-BA and 2.0 mg/L 2,4-D under the same conditions in medium BG11.[著者文摘]
