Abstract:
The sufficient descent property is dependent on the line search in many conjugate gradient method. We thus proposed a new algorithm. The proposed algorithm can ensure that the sufficient descent property holds without any line searches. A global convergence result is proved when the Zoutendijk condition is met in the inexact line search.[著者文摘]
