摘 要:
黑麦草是由苏丹引种的一种高产优质牧草,在中国有较广泛的分布,主要应用于畜牧业、渔业等生产.本实验采用酸加热和有机溶剂相结合的方法对黑麦草中脱色叶蛋白进行抽提,并进一步对黑麦草中总糖含量、叶蛋白的组分和微量元素等进行分析,证明了黑麦草作为食品添加剂的利用价值和应用前景.[著者文摘]

Extraction and quality analysis of leaf protein in Ryegrass

Abstract:
Ryegrass from Sudan exists widely in China and is widely applied in animal husbandry and fishery, which is high yield and high quality. Extraction of decolorizing green leaf protein from Ryegrass was studied with acidified thermal method accompany with organic solvents. Experiment also analysed total sugar contents, compositions of leaf protein and trace elements in Ryegrass. Experiment results showed possibility and advantage of Ryegrass applied in production of Food Additive.[著者文摘]
