摘 要:
在对螺纹套筒进行工艺分析的基础上，确定了注塑模具的结构和螺纹的脱模方案。即采用液压马达和齿轮机构实现机动旋转螺纹脱模，同时采用组合型芯结构实现螺纹和加强筋的成型。该模具设计合理，动作准确、可靠，对其它同类模具的设计工作具有一定的借鉴意义。[著者文摘]

DESIGN OF INJECTION MOULD FOR TREAD THIMBLE

Abstract:
Based on the analysis of the structure characteristics of the tread thimble, the structure of the injection mould and the way of tread demolding is designed. In the mould, hydraulic pressure motor and gear is applied to realize demolding tread thimble, and eombinated core is used for the forming of tread and reinforcing tendon. The structure of the injection mould is proved rational and can guide for the similar mould.[著者文摘]
