摘 要:
“城中村”是高速城市化过程中的特殊产物，普遍存在环境卫生恶劣、建筑品质不高、乱搭乱建严重、基础设施薄弱、安全隐患多、治安状况差等诸多问题。改造“城中村”是实现农村城市化、推进城市现代化的需要。分析了“城中村”改造规划的方法、途径及特别应注意的事项，指出“城中村”规划应坚持前瞻性和科学性的原则，以营造高水平的社区人居环境。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
“Village inside a city” is the special production in the process of urbanization. Many troubles occur, for instance, atrocious healthy environment, low quality building, widespread illegal structures, weak basic construction, lots of hidden troubles of safety, bad peace situation, and so on. The rebuilding of “village inside a city” is the need of realizing countryside urbanization and accelerating city modernization. The method and items to be noticed are analyzed. And it is pointed out to insist on portentousness and sciences fundamentals in the planning of “village inside a city” to build high level inhabitation environment.[著者文摘]
