基于WebGIS的中国大坝空间数据发布系统的设计与开发

摘 要:
采用网络、数据库和地理信息系统等现代信息技术并结合JSP、JavaScript等编程技术,探讨了基于ArcIMS的WebGIS大坝空间数据发布系统的总体设计以及系统功能的设计和开发。完成了全国4681座30m以上大坝1:100万空间数据的采集和配准、属性数据的编码、数据库设计、图层设计等,构建了基于WebGIS的中国大坝信息发布和共享服务系统,系统的研发极大地增加了我国大坝管理的信息化水平以及大坝信息的共享服务能力。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
This paper discusses the design and development of the dam's spatial data release system of WebGIS based on ArclMS hy combining the modern information technologies of network, database and GIS with the programming technologies of JSP and JavaScript. The 1 : 1,000,000 spatial data of 4681 darns over 30 meters height are collected and registered. The encoding of attribute data, design of database and map layers are finished. Then the dam's information release and share service system is established based on WebGIS. The developed system greatly enhances the information level of management dam and share service ability of dam information in China.[著者文摘]
